With support from the Nordic Council of Ministers/NordForsk, Sweden will, for two years, support the Baltic countries in the implementation of their One health national action plan against antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Baltohop - Baltic One Health One Plan – is a continuation of Latohop. The project is led by The Public health agency and The Swedish board of agriculture and includes both practical tools for the work against AMR and activities to promote cooperation between different sectors in the Baltic countries and to improve communication and exchange of information. Within the project, the partners will develop a long-term plan for continuous work in the Baltic countries after the project is finished in 2025. SVA is involved in the animal part of the project.
